What the artist does for you
This store is run by one individual with a schedule full of travel as documented in events and calendar. Zefren-m will do their best to fulfill orders as the schedule allows and will glad to meet clients in person if the travel is with-in reasonable miles of major events.
Commissions, Fulfilment & Shipping
Most of our orders are shipped within 14-21 business days of purchase from our store. Please allow up to 21 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notice regarding your shipment when it is enroute. If you ordered custom or commissioned item, please note that all items in your order will ship together when item(s) are ready to ship. Custom and commissioned orders are subject to the terms of Scope of work/commission contract. Details concerning deposit, schedule, returns and non refundable situations can be read there. *What if my package is stolen? We hope this doesn’t happen to you! If it does, we cannot be liable if it is lost or stolen. Additional insurance can be purchased upon request or required and may require a separate invoice for high wealth items. 2-d ART REQUIRES additional shipping fee for items that are considered oversized (32 inches total dimension along three planes) and/or shipping exceed 50% of the final sold price of the piece. ____ We ship internationally to the North and south American, the EU, Japan and Australia. Also most other countries as allowed by US Regulations. Orders may be refunded if we are unable to find a carrier for economy shipping. It the client requires faster or more secure shipping it will be invoiced separately. -----
International
Be aware that you may have additional taxes and duties due upon delivery for jewelry and home goods paid to your country of delivery, these charges include: The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and Duties charged for processing by your country. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. You’ll be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable. *What happens if I choose not to pay the customs, duties and taxes? If you choose not to pay your customs charges, then the package will be considered abandoned, and the carrier will return the package to our California warehouse. Upon receiving the items back, we will inspect for a refund, and deduct a 20% re-stocking fee to account for the re-delivery fee and abandoned package surcharge that the carrier charges our company. Outbound international shipping charges, customs and duties are non-refundable.
Returns
Our Return Policy We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 21 days of your delivery date. • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags. • How to Start: Contact our support team at shop@zefren-m.com with your order number and pay for economy shipping for your return. • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (minus any original shipping costs and a 20% re stocking fee). Please allow 21 business days for the refund to be processed. If returning for store credit, the client with have the restocking fee waived and the credit placed on their account. If there are any additional requirements it will be made in written as the time of response. • Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, please return your original item • Final Sale: Textiles and Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
Handmade Declaration
Each piece is a one-of-a-kind creation and not factory manufactured, even when made of a series. All pieces are done by hand, and all are subject to slight imperfections and visual variation. Thank you for understanding that handmade goods are never ‘perfect’ in the way assembly-line products are. There is no one in the studio but the artist. These ‘“flaws” are not flaws but rather imperfections that make each piece unique and beautiful. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended.
Fashion orders
Fashion order requires time and multiple fittings as each is truly bespoke. The patterns are made to you and you only. They are only granted for solely personal noncommercial use to further your journey in vintage and historical fashion. There’re no fashion nor industry sizes here. Even the pre made items are based off old tyme size charts for the average client of the late 1880s. If premade outfits are available, they are still going to require a home sewists or alterations shop to do final fittings.
Direct support
Donations and direct monetary are made directly to the artist for discretionary use. Mainly for art show fees, travel, equipment, utilities, self care and etc.. The artist is not a non profit and thus such support is not tax deductible. Zefren-m appreciates the support and continued interest in their practice.
