RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

 
 
Will Accept exchanges for same valued items in store inventory.
 

2-D, 3-D Art, Textiles, Commissions,
clothing, Unnumbered and prototype Jewelry (Fine Art, Wall décor, Functional
textiles, Slow Fashion)

No returns, all sales are
final. Except when product is defective.

For Precious Metals and
Gems Jewelry, and household goods.

No returns, all sales are
final after final fitting, and/or completion of an order. One fitting and/or
repair can be requested and fulfilled at the artist’s discretion if repair and
materials does not exceed 45% of the original price adjusted for depreciation.

Accessories under $300

Accept returns for defective products only

Full priced item(s) must
be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. All sale items,
including items purchased at a discount during a promotion, ceremony, cultural
protocols, are final sale. Documentation must be intact and attached to the
returned item(s) while Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in
any way, and must not show any signs of use.

Refunds will be processed
within 14 days of receipt of returned items. Refunds for orders paid by credit
card will appear on the client’s next billing statement. Orders paid by PayPal
will be refunded to the original account within 7 days and/or futures updates
as per PayPal’s terms of use.

The artist will not accept
returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions stated in
our returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original
shipment address.
